The Legal Leadership Project partners with your firm to fully understand your team dynamics and culture. Midja personally facilitates all sessions, and as a former law firm partner, understands the unique challenges of leadership in the legal profession.

These power-packed workshops are based on the topics of personal leadership, team leadership and firm leadership. Each workshop is designed to produce practical strategies and skills that can be implemented immediately into the workplace. Each participant receives a workbook and resources for implementation.
Webinars and
Accountability Sessions
Concise online sessions (1–1.5 hours) that can stand alone as bite-sized content or build on workshop material through facilitated discussion, peer sharing, and targeted Q&A, while serving as a key accountability touchpoint to ensure real-world follow-through.
One-on-One or
Group Coaching
Participants can partake in one-on-one or group coaching with Midja. Through coaching, participants will discuss their individual leadership challenges and strengths and establish accountability goals for their success.
Diagnostic Tools
Diagnostic tools can be added to the program to provide participants with valuable insight into their motivators, behaviours and skills, assisting them to develop individual goals for the program.
